Privacy policy (incl. Cookies policy

The Quant Network Privacy Policy is at version 1, and was last updated on 2018-08-16.

The Quant Network Privacy Policy was updated on 13 March 2018.

Your privacy is important to Quant Network AG (Switzerland) and Quant Network Limited (United Kingdom) (“Quant Network”). We have developed a Privacy Policy that covers how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your information. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our privacy practices and let us know if you have any questions.

Quant Network may update its Privacy Policy from time to time. When we change the policy in a material way, a notice will be posted on our website along with the updated Privacy Policy. Any changes we make will become effective when we post a modified version of this policy on our website, and we agree the changes will not be retroactive. If you do not agree to any changes, please notify us accordingly to contact@quant.network. The legend at the top of the policy indicates when it was last changed/updated.

With effect from 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) enters force. Your rights under that new regulation are explained at https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/data-protection-reform/overview-of-the-gdpr/. We have largely factored GDPR into this policy but if you think we have failed to do so in any way, please notify us at contact@quant.network.
